Regional Manager - Luxury Retail

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead the sales and operational performance of an established luxury fashion retailer. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing multiple retail locations and e-commerce, with responsibility for driving sales, strengthening the customer experience, developing high-performing teams, and improving operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day performance across multiple retail locations and e-commerce operations.
• Drive sales results and establish clear performance goals and accountability across store teams.
• Monitor sales, labor, expenses, customer activity, and key operating metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead, coach, and develop store leadership and high-performing sales teams.
• Strengthen clienteling, relationship selling, customer acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Establish consistent operational standards across staffing, scheduling, customer service, shipping, receiving, and store execution.
• Partner closely with buying and merchandising leadership to align inventory and merchandise priorities with customer demand.
• Improve coordination between physical retail and e-commerce to create a cohesive omnichannel experience.
• Use sales and customer data to identify performance gaps and develop action plans.
• Evaluate processes and implement improvements that increase productivity, accountability, and operational efficiency.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on sales, staffing, customer trends, and overall business performance.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-store leadership experience within luxury fashion, specialty retail, or a related consumer business.
• Proven success leading multiple retail locations, a significant flagship operation, or a regional market.
• Strong track record of driving sales, client development, and operational performance.
• Experience leading and developing store managers and sales teams.
• Strong understanding of luxury clienteling and high-touch customer service.
• Experience with e-commerce and omnichannel retail operations.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including sales targets, labor, expenses, and operating performance.
• Experience partnering closely with buying and merchandising teams.
• Ability to establish accountability, improve processes, and lead organizational change.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on leadership style with strong communication and relationship-management skills.
