Fairlane Gardens Nursing and Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RN) to join our team. In this leadership role, you will guide and support a team of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure high-quality resident care

• Monitor care standards, promote quality improvement initiatives, and maintain regulatory compliance

• Provide direct nursing care as needed to support residents' physical, emotional, and medical needs

• Mentor, train, and support nursing staff while fostering teamwork and professional growth

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes

• Address resident and family concerns professionally and compassionately

• Uphold our commitment to excellence, compassion, dignity, and respect in resident care

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Pennsylvania

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
