Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Cardiovascular Medical Surgical Tele- Evenings

Hourly Pay Range: $43.69 - $67.72. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Details Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator. Location: Glenbrook Hospital. Hours: Full Time, Evening Shift – hours to be discussed with manager, with rotating weekends and holidays. Required Travel: N/A. Responsibilities Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience. Manage day‑to‑day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput. Assume direct patient care if necessary. Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s). Guide and direct a team of caregivers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge. Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills. Takes lead on clinical performance management. Qualifications License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred. Certification: BLS/CPR certification required. Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting; Prior management experience preferred. Skills: N/A.
