Required Skills:

• Board Certification (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Anesthesiology
• Valid and active AZ medical license (IMLC preferred)
• Current ACLS and PALS certifications
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with Cerner and SaAnesthesia EMR systems
• Prior experience supporting orthopedic, neuro, trauma, or obstetric anesthesia
• Familiarity with ambulatory surgery center operations
• Additional certifications or training in advanced anesthesia techniques

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Minimum 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical center setting
• Experience working with CRNAs and multidisciplinary teams

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on June 17, 2026
• Willingness to work scheduled 12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
• Commitment to maintaining licensure, certifications, and compliance standards
• Participation in credentialing process (approx. 30 days)
