As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $17.00 / Hour Job Schedule Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, ATM areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity in accordance with site-specific policies, reporting unauthorized access attempts and suspicious behavior. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoffs while communicating relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. A Guard Card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
