Position Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $44.00 - $51.06 per hour

Shift Differential: Additional $2.00 for Evening and Night shifts

• Full-Time Day Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (includes weekend work)
• Part-Time Night Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (Tuesday and Saturday only)
• PRN: Day, Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts

Our organization operates skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) that offer:

• Long-term care: For residents needing ongoing skilled support and compassionate daily assistance
• Short-term rehabilitation: For patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury

As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care through effective interpersonal interactions
• Provide services that enable patients to achieve or maintain optimal physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards
• Assess patient needs continuously and adjust care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions
• Offer clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) on a daily basis

• Nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state
• Preferred: One year of experience in skilled nursing
• CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment

• Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
• Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment effectively
• Communicate and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team
