We require immediate coverage in 17 states to meet the ongoing demand for services. Key Clinical Contributions Trauma Specialization: Delivering individual and group therapy for complex issues including PTSD, critical incident stress, compassion fatigue, and substance use. Proactive & Reactive Support: Offering both routine clinical care and immediate crisis intervention during high-stress periods. Assessment & Planning: Conducting comprehensive diagnostic assessments and developing precise, evidence-based treatment plans. Hybrid Delivery: Utilizing both virtual (telehealth) and scheduled on-site engagement to ensure optimal accessibility. Ideal 1099 Partner Profile Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline. Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice (Non-negotiable). Highly Preferred Edge Minimum of 2 years post‑licensure experience providing direct clinical care.
