Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercises. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in physical therapy practices. Requirements: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Current state licensure to practice physical therapy in Connecticut. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor towards patients. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Excellent communication and patient education skills. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is a plus.
