We are currently seeking qualified, team-oriented certified nursing assistants (CNA). Certified nursing assistants (CNA) are responsible for providing assistance to residents in performing their activities of daily living in a manner conducive to supporting safety, comfort, and personal dignity.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with performing basic tasks such as eating, dressing, showers and toileting when necessary
- Respond to calls from patients for assistance or treatment and alert medical staff to pending emergency situations
- Encourage all residents to get exercise and participate in scheduled activities
- Engage in housekeeping tasks such as replacing linens on beds, cleaning patient rooms and removing and replacing trash bag
- Work with dining room personnel to ensure that all residents get the correct meals and that all residents can eat to the best of their ability
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma/GED
- Active CNA license in New Jersey
- Able to communicate clearly in English verbally and in writing
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Strong bedside manner
- Ability to work together in supporting a team atmosphere
