Silver Tree Residential, LLC is looking for a dedicated and experienced Leasing & Marketing Coordinator to join our progressively growing team in Fort Lauderdale, and oversee all the leasing efforts for Gateway Terrace. This community is comprised of 257 units for SENIORS 62 and older to call home. Our community is located on the very picturesque intercoastal and has a park-like setting. Because of this, the site has attracted good quality residents, which is demonstrated by a continually low turnover rate and wait list.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Present property and provide amenities in a positive light to prospective tenants
• Advertise available units using a variety of media and promoting materials
• Determine the needs, living standards and economic viability of prospective residents
• Confirm rental application data and personal references
• Stay knowledgeable of the property market status
• Negotiate leasing terms and conditions and close deals
• Other administrative tasks as needed and/or deemed appropriate by Community Director

Qualified candidates will, at minimum, have a High School Diploma (or GED), a strong customer service background, and basic computer skills. Preference will be given to applicants with HUD knowledge and experience. The position will require organization, the ability to multitask, excellent communication and closing skills, and a positive, upbeat attitude. A professional image must be maintained by following our dress code and appearance standards as set forth by the employee handbook.
