Job Summary :

As a Sales Coordinator at Kilcoy Global Foods, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional customer service. Kilcoy Global Foods is a leading provider of high-quality protein, known for our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.


1. Customer Support : Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing information on product offerings, pricing, and order status. Address customer concerns promptly and ensure resolutions are communicated effectively to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

2. Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, updating customer databases, and creating sales presentations. Collaborate with sales representatives to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding our customer base.

3. Internal System Expertise: Learn to navigate Kilcoy's internal systems to support sales visibility and access to key inventory and order information.

4. Communication and Coordination: Facilitate communication between the sales team, internal departments, and external partners to ensure smooth execution of sales activities. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and customer visits, and ensure all stakeholders are informed of relevant updates and deadlines.

5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information. Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to support decision-making processes and identify areas for improvement.

6. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including supporting the organization of key internal and external events, sample fulfillment and other duties as assigned. Assist with the preparation of proposals, contracts, and other sales-related documents as needed.

7. R&D Support: Manage the end-to-end R&D sample request process, including scheduling, preparation, labeling, shipment, and communication with sales representatives. Do Daily Dishes including washing, drying and storage and maintenance of the R&D Storage room. Maintain accurate documentation related to samples, ingredients and inventory.

8. HUB Support: Lead the coordination of HUB customer visits. Maintain the HUB to ensure presentation-ready conditions including restocking of HUB supplies to support customer visits and internal development activities.

9. Innovation Support: Assist R&D chefs and the Director of Innovation with competitive analysis, including store runs and sample preparation. Organize and document competitive products for evaluation and benchmarking. Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn sales process/customer service best practices


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge of sales processes and customer service principles.

• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
