The company is driven by creativity, individuality, and a fast-paced entrepreneurial spirit, bringing fashion-forward products to consumers around the world.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a driven, organized, and collaborative Associate Account Executive to join our Wholesale Accessories team and play an important role in supporting our Belts business across every label and all wholesale partners.Reporting directly to the Business Manager, this role will help execute key sales strategies and support the day-to-day management of the business, with exposure to a broad portfolio of brands and customers. The Associate Account Executive will partner closely with internal teams and external wholesale partners to help maximize sales, support brand growth, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure the business runs smoothly from order to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build their career in fashion wholesale and account management while gaining hands-on experience across multiple brands, major wholesale partners, and all aspects of the Belts business. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, relationship-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site.What You'll DoProvide support to Associate Director of Sales with all business functions for assigned accountsComplete all asset, copy and image templates for assigned accountsCoordinate and attend quarterly photoshoots that support the E-Commerce needs of key accountsAssist with customer needs, such as EDI management, shipping and extensions, and reordersPartner with internal colleagues including Production, Operations and DesignTrack and update regularly the status of inventories and ATSQuickly learn full product line and understand categories, fabrics, and silhouettesMaintain a detailed knowledge of customer order details and needsAttend & support all needs of Market Week and customer showroom appointments on a regular basisSample coordination, tracking and management; this includes keeping the sample closet neat and organized at all timesAble to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as neededPerform other duties and special projects as assignedWhat You BringExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly adaptable at balancing multiple projectsWorks well in a fast-paced environment, and executes tasks quickly and efficientlyA self-starter with strong problem solving, analytical, and organizational skillsAbility to work well in a team environmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related fieldProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skillsThe expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000-$70,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
