Senior Account Executive, Medical Device Manufacturing

You thrive where regulatory complexity, long deal cycles, and multi-stakeholder buying committees are the norm. You understand that modernizing a medical device manufacturer's operations requires equal parts technical fluency, executive trust, and patient persistence, and you've built a track record of winning these kinds of deals. You speak the language of the floor and the boardroom: from MES architecture and 21 CFR Part 11 compliance to C-suite business cases and digital transformation strategy. You move strategically and methodically with a highly differentiated product in a category that's moving fast.What Skills Do I Need?12+ years of enterprise software sales experienceProven track record of closing large, complex deals mostly at Medical Device and Diagnostics companiesExperience selling into highly regulated manufacturing environments and working knowledge of MESBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceKey ResponsibilitiesBuild pipeline, develop accounts, and close deals from first conversation through contract and expansionRun complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles: Create champions, build executive alignment, and advance deals with precision Partner with Sales Engineering, Channel Partners, and Customer Success to bring the right resources to each deal at the right timePresent Tulip's platform compellingly to audiences ranging from operations leaders to C-suite executivesMaintain a clean, accurate forecast and a consistent operating cadence with your managerRepresent the voice of your market internally, sharing what you're hearing from customers with Product, Marketing, and LeadershipKey CollaboratorsSales Teams Customer Success TeamWorking At TulipWe know even great candidates experience imposter syndrome. Within the range posted, actual compensation will be determined depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge & skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, market compensation data, and internal equity. Expected compensation ranges for this role may change over time. The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $145,000 per year, based on a L4 (minimum) to a L5 (maximum), and is eligible for on-target earnings (OTE).
