what you'll be doing:

• diagnose and repair residential and light commercial hvac systems
• deliver white-glove customer service while solving complex system issues
• perform high-level maintenance and tune-ups for system longevity and performance
• educate clients on system care, energy efficiency, and service options
• use digital tools to document service visits and maintain accurate records
• adhere to all safety and compliance standards—because you know what you're doing

what we're looking for:

• proven experience in residential hvac diagnostics, repair, and service
• strong troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
• epa certification (type ii or universal preferred)
• clean and valid florida driver's license
• own high-quality tools and know how to use them
• respect for the craft, the team, and the customer
• must pass drug screen and background check (we're professional, and so are you)
