Design and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans using evidence-based practices. Conduct virtual assessments, parent training, and team collaboration sessions. Support families through consistent communication and guidance to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance client care. Promote a positive, collaborative clinical culture. Qualifications Active BCBA certification through the BACB Active state licensure (LBA) as required Master’s or Doctorate in ABA or related field CPR/First Aid certification (preferred before start date) Ability to pass a background check Strong communication skills across virtual and in-person settings Reliable transportation for any required in-home visits Ready to join our team?
