This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an AI Automation & Agents Coach based in the United States.

This remote contract role is designed for experienced AI automation and agent-building professionals who have applied these technologies to real-world workflows.
You will coach professionals across industries on how to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered solutions for their work.
Your expertise will help learners build intelligent workflows, automate repetitive processes, and develop agent-driven systems.
The role combines hands-on technical experience with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical, accessible guidance.
You will help professionals identify opportunities where automation and AI agents can improve productivity and unlock new capabilities.
Coaches set their own hours and rates while conducting sessions virtually in a flexible, independent environment.
This is an opportunity to share practical expertise while helping professionals and teams successfully integrate AI into modern business workflows.

Accountabilities

• Coach professionals across industries on practical applications of AI automation and agent-based technologies.

• Help mentees identify business processes and workflows that can be improved through AI, automation, and intelligent agents.

• Guide learners in designing AI-powered workflows that improve productivity, efficiency, and operational capabilities.

• Teach practical approaches to building, configuring, deploying, and optimizing AI agents for real-world use cases.

• Help mentees integrate AI tools and agents into existing business processes, products, and technology environments.

• Share practical frameworks, tools, techniques, and best practices based on hands-on experience with AI automation and agent development.

• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for professionals with varying levels of technical expertise.

• Adapt coaching sessions to each learner’s goals, technical background, industry context, and specific automation challenges.

• Provide actionable feedback to help learners troubleshoot implementations and improve the effectiveness of their AI solutions.

• Conduct virtual coaching sessions and contribute to a practical, engaging, high-impact learning experience.

• Stay current with emerging AI models, agent frameworks, automation platforms, integrations, and evolving industry practices.

Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience building AI automations, AI agents, intelligent workflows, or related solutions.

• Hands-on experience deploying AI-powered systems and integrating AI into real business workflows, products, or operational processes.

• Strong understanding of AI automation concepts, workflow design, agent-based systems, integrations, and process optimization.

• Experience using relevant AI tools, automation platforms, APIs, agent frameworks, or related technologies.

• Ability to identify practical opportunities where AI and automation can improve productivity, efficiency, or organizational capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and develop practical solutions.

• Ability to explain technical AI concepts clearly and translate them into actionable guidance for professionals.

• Strong communication, coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt coaching sessions to different industries, professional backgrounds, and levels of technical expertise.

• Comfortable working independently in a flexible, fully remote contract environment.

• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to continuously learn as AI automation and agent technologies evolve.
