Key Responsibilities Meet with customers to discuss their financing needs and present suitable loan options. Explain financing products and services clearly, ensuring customers fully understand their choices. Gather necessary documentation from customers to facilitate loan applications. Process loan applications and work with banks and credit unions to secure approvals. Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to acquire competitive rates and terms for customers. Communicate regularly with lenders to follow up on pending applications and resolve any issues. Analyze customer credit profiles and provide recommendations for loan approvals. Ensure all financing transactions comply with federal and state regulations and dealership policies. Maintain accurate records and reports of financing deals and provide regular updates to dealership management. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, lending laws, and dealership policies. Stay up to date on changes in finance-related legislation impacting the RV industry. Collaborate with sales and service teams to enhance customer experience and streamline financing processes. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Finance Manager within the RV or auto industry is required. Strong financial and analytical skills. Excellent understanding of financial regulations and standards. Proficiency in financial management software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.
