In this role, you'll handle both inbound and outbound calls. Calls will include, but are not limited to: member account review and updates, payment and claim assistance, account activations, new program enrollment, card benefit inquiries, and more! Education: High school diploma or GED required Typing Skills : Ability to type 25 words per minute Technical Proficiency : This position requires you to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer. You will need to have intermediate/advanced technical proficiency Availability : Open availability between 8:30am-5pm EST, Monday through Friday. Weekends off! Pay Expectation : Our Korean bilingual CSR pay rates start at $17/hr with potential bonus of up to $1000 for staying on the program at least a year! *Pay rates vary by program fit during selection consideration.
