Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - Operating Room to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative patient care specializing in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic surgeries.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain high standards of surgery care and patient safety.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, addressing any complications during surgeries.
• Assist with flexible scheduling, covering night shifts as required by the contract and unit needs.
• Participate in on-call responsibilities, with shifts including nights, evenings, and weekends.
• Document patient information accurately using Epic charting systems.

Qualifications

• Valid CA RN license required at submission.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in an acute hospital setting, including trauma level I experience.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience with Epic charting systems.
• Willingness to cover up to two major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year).
• Ability to float between like units or to affiliated facilities as needed.
