Family Practice - With OB Physician

Seeking BE/BC Family Medicine w/OB Physician to join a thriving rural practice including six Family Medicine physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers providing a full spectrum of care in Central Minnesota.

• Call approximately 1:6 weekdays with physician staffing Level IV Emergency Department during day and providing back-up call to APP overnights.
• Weekend call with primary hospitalist duties including admissions and rounding. Locums ED coverage means more time at home! Additional ED shifts available for those interested.
• Opportunity to grow obstetrical practice while providing OB back-up call to partners.
• Salary Range $250,000 - $300,000

• Dedicated primary clinic nurse (CMA, LPN or RN) with support of float nursing
• Co-located workstations for provider/nursing with an additional office
• Opportunity for voice-recognition software (Dragon) or scribe
• Team support including RN nurse lead visits, diabetic education, health care home for complex patient care, legal aide, health care navigator for uninsured/underinsured
• Community health worker and community paramedic for patient engagement and home visits
• Prescription support programs for uninsured/underinsured
• In-room schedulers to promote continuity (follow-up appointments made for patients before they leave the room)
• Mental Health support including Integrated Behavioral Health with often same-day video consultation and Psychiatry chart review for medication management
• E-consults for specialty care to allow for PCP management without the wait for a formal consult
