Sparkle Freshness is seeking a Cleaning Specialist-Supervisor to lead onsite cleaning operations and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Position SummaryThe Cleaning Specialist-Supervisor oversees daily cleaning activities onsite to ensure consistent quality, safety, and professionalism. This role combines hands-on cleaning with leadership responsibilities, supporting team performance, and helping maintain clean, orderly spaces for occupants and visitors.
You will set the pace for effective workflows, monitor completion of tasks, and address issues as they arise—ensuring work is performed to established standards and schedules.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate onsite cleaning tasks, assigning work and ensuring coverage across assigned areas
Perform cleaning duties as needed, maintaining cleanliness standards while modeling proper methods and attention to detail
Inspect completed work to confirm quality, identifying gaps and taking corrective action promptly
Support scheduling and task planning to meet daily cleaning goals and timelines
Follow safety and cleanliness procedures to ensure a safe work environment and proper handling of materials
Ability to work onsite full-time and reliably perform scheduled duties
Demonstrated experience with cleaning and maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to lead by example and communicate clearly with team members
Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality and completion
Willingness to follow safety procedures and cleaning protocols
Prior supervisory or team-lead experience in a cleaning, facilities, or janitorial environment
Experience managing daily task flow, inspections, or quality checks
Familiarity with basic cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices
Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced, onsite setting
Hourly rate: $19.00 - $21.00
