Leading translational activities for neurological and neuropsychiatric drug development, the full-time salaried Director of Translational Medicine will design biomarker strategies, manage clinical data delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support innovative therapies. Key Responsibilities: Designs and implements late development biomarker/translational plans and clinical protocols Determines appropriate assays and manages outsourcing of biomarker assay development Prepares and delivers internal and external presentations on translational and biomarker findings Required Qualifications: PhD or MD/PhD in neuroscience with 10+ years of translational medicine experience 7+ years of late-stage clinical biomarker experience in biotech/pharma Recognized expertise in translational biomarkers within the neurology space Experience in late-stage drug development related to clinical trials Proven scientific and leadership expertise in managing projects and teams
