Job Description

Join our team! We’re looking for an engaging, reliable, and enthusiastic in‑person assistant to support Special Education Teacher and/or Speech Therapist for students from pre‑kindergarten through high school. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with our team.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
*Must be able to pass a background check with no disqualifying findings — 100%
Valid driver’s license
*Excellent attendance and time management

Job Duties Include (but are not limited to):

Maintaining maximum availability to accept assignments
Following the daily schedule provided by the therapist and/or teacher
Assisting with materials needed for therapy sessions
Maintaining a cooperative attitude with teachers and therapists
Escorting students to and from sessions
Supervising students while they are online
Arriving on time based on the schedule
Upholding excellent attendance and time management
Following the school dress code and maintaining professionalism
