Location: Boca Raton, FL
Position: Physical Therapist
Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Office
Office Assignment: One office location only
Pay: $50–$55 per hour
Benefits: Full benefits included + 21 days PTO

We are hiring a Physical Therapist in Boca Raton, FL for an outpatient orthopedic physical therapy office. This role is focused on helping patients improve mobility, restore strength, reduce physical limitations, and return to daily activities after injury, surgery, or ongoing orthopedic conditions.

As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, guide recovery, and track progress throughout care. This is a strong opportunity for a PT who enjoys hands-on outpatient work and wants a steady clinic setting with flexible scheduling.

Schedule Options:

• Four 10-hour workdays
• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical needs, pain, weakness, and mobility limitations
• Develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, functional training, and patient education
• Track patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Teach home exercise programs and safe movement strategies
• Coordinate with clinic staff to support smooth patient care
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, daily documentation, and discharge summaries

Requirements

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT Degree or MSPT Degree
• Outpatient experience required, including clinical outpatient experience for new graduates
