Job Description
Essential Job Functions
- Accounts payable
- Accounts receivable
- Expense categorization and classification
- Data Entry (Quick Books and Portal.io) Export Client Quotes into QuickBooks and Update
- Track and report on open invoice status for all client payments
- Assist with various month end account reconciliations
- Special research, data collection, data analysis and reporting projects, as requested by senior staff members
- Ensure all documents both physical and electronic are filed appropriately and maintained
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Requirements
- Working towards an associates or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related course of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Service-oriented team player, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels within the organization, external vendors and customers
- Demonstrated ability to maintain the integrity of company, confidential information and discretion to disclose such information properly
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
