HTM Contractors, Inc. is a leader in the residential and commercial tree services market in Honolulu, Hawaii. We are a diversified service contractor that specializes in tree service, junk removal, roll-off dumpster rental, environmental cleaning, and street sweeping, and our team members take great pride in the work we do. We work in an exciting, high-performance culture and love bringing awesome people to our team! Pay: $30.00 Hourly
Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Location: Honolulu, HI
Job Type: Full-time

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
- Plan and Implement OSHA policies and programs
- Conduct Risk Assessments
- Daily Site Inspections on Multiple Divisions and Various Crews
- Enforce Safety Standards
- Submit Daily Findings and Reports
- Offer Solutions
- Inspect Workplace Overall Safety
- Investigate Incidents or near misses
- Manage Safety Complaints or Concerns
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Safety Officer experience a plus
- OSHA certified training
- Traffic Control training
- Flexible to Work Occasional Evenings and Weekends
- Commitment to company values and teamwork
- Valid Hawaii Driver's license with a clean driving abstract
- Consent to Pre-Employment Drug Screen & Background Check
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 80 lbs throughout the shift
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
