In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children. Create individualized treatment plans for each client. Use evidence‑based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments. Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan. Perform regular wellness checks. Adhere to all facility and licensing standards. Qualifications Masters Degree in Counseling. Associate number Assigned. Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license. Previous experience as a marriage and family therapist preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized. Additional Details Competitive Pay: $38-45 per hour (includes paid documentation time). Flexible Schedule: Choose your hours, Monday–Sunday. No Supervision Fees: Individual and group supervision provided. Paid Advanced Training: Brainspotting, DBT, OCD, and trauma certifications. Professional Development: Learn private practice business skills. Supportive Team: Warm, collaborative, and encouraging environment. Quick Caseload Growth: Full client schedule within 4–6 weeks. What You’ll Do Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families. Maintain a caseload of 20–32 clients/week (flexible part‑time options available). Deliver trauma‑informed, compassionate, and evidence‑based care. Participate in weekly individual and group supervision. Complete documentation and notes (up to 4 hours paid time). What We’re Looking For Active BBS registration as AMFT, APCC, or ASW (California). Training or interest in trauma modalities such as Brainspotting, EMDR, or DBT.
