**Exciting Opportunity for Travel ER RN - Nights!** - **Position:** Travel ER RN (Emergency Department) - **Location:** Carlsbad - **Start Date:** ASAP - **Duration:** 13 Weeks - **Shift:** Nights, 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM - **Floating and Call Required** **Key Requirements:** - 2+ years of ER experience - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, & ENPC required; NRP preferred - Fingerprints for New Mexico travelers are required - Call Requirement: 2 hours prior to shift start, at a minimum - Emergency Department: Level 3 Trauma - Patient Ratio: 4:1 **Important Notes:** - Blocked Scheduling NOT Approved - 48 hr. Guarantees NOT Approved - RTO blackout dates: 1 Summer & 1 Winter (depends on department needs) - Max RTO: 1 per Schedule; 6 Week Scheduling - Floating is required - Scrub Color: None - Full Uniform - EMR: MedHost (EDIS) **Role Responsibilities:** - Provide exceptional care to Emergency Room patients using the Nursing Process - Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care - Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education - Delegate patient care priorities effectively - Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel - Perform thorough assessments and communicate findings efficiently - Administer medications and monitor side effects proficiently - Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documenting patient care - Uphold safety standards, infection control, and quality improvement initiatives **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
