Resiliency Mind + Body Medicine is a rapidly growing physician-owned outpatient psychiatry practice in Orange County, California specializing in interventional psychiatry and treatment-resistant depression. Dr. LaFrenierre is hiring a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to join her team in Orange County! We are opening our third location this winter, and we looking for a psychiatrist who wants to be a part of our esteemed team. This position offers the opportunity to practice outpatient psychiatry in a collaborative environment with access to Deep TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation), Spravato (esketamine), and other advanced treatment modalities. Position Type Part-time or full-time outpatient psychiatry On-site options in Newport Beach, San Juan Capistrano, Anaheim (2027), Long Beach Compensation Pay: $180.00 - $230.00 per hour Part-Time Compensation Potential: $200,000+per annum for 24 hours a week Includes: Uncapped productivity bonus High demand patient panel Additional revenue opportunities through TMS and Spravato supervision 401(k) with 3.5% employer match paid time off (4 weeks for full-time) paid holidays (8 paid holidays) CME support (annual stipend) Opportunity for medical director leadership within a growing practice Responsibilities Provide outpatient psychiatric care and medication management Evaluate patients for Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and Spravato treatment Manage complex and treatment-resistant psychiatric conditions Supervise psychiatric nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and interventional technicians Participate in clinical program development and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications MD or DO with completed psychiatry residency Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry Active California medical license Interest in interventional psychiatry, neuromodulation, or treatment-resistant depression Experience supervising advanced practice providers preferred About Resiliency Mind + Body Medicine Resiliency Mind + Body Medicine is a physician-owned integrative psychiatry clinic focused on expanding access to evidence-based treatments for depression, OCD, PTSD, and other psychiatric conditions.
