School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Crown Point, Indiana

Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This is a full-time, 37.5-hour per week role spanning the 2026-2027 school year, providing critical services to diverse student populations in professional school settings. Key Qualifications Active SLP licensure suitable for school-based practice ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required Prior experience in a school setting working with elementary and/or middle school aged children Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills Ability to work onsite throughout the contract duration Primary Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services tailored to the needs of students in assigned buildings Conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs (IEPs), and track student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success Maintain all required records and participate in IEP meetings as needed Travel between buildings as assigned for each specific caseload (one SLP with elementary and middle school; the second with two middle schools) Caseloads will range from 45 to 55 students This contract begins August 12, 2026, and concludes May 26, 2027.
