Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Department registered nurse position in a healthcare facility. The role involves providing patient care in obstetrics, GYN, and neonatal units, with the flexibility to work both day and night shifts on a rotating schedule. The ideal candidate will have experience in labor and delivery, current licensure, and proficiency with electronic medical records systems.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid and active New York State RN license, all RN licenses, current American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certifications, 4-5 years of labor and delivery experience, documented travel experience, EPIC/Stork electronic medical record experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with OBIX (program that feeds info into Stork), float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit encompasses obstetrics (ante-partum, intra-partum, post-partum), GYN, and newborn care, with a total of 18 beds including triage, antepartum, OR, recovery, and labor and delivery beds. Scrub color specified as ceil blue. Must be open to working both days and nights.
