This role is responsible for accurately selecting merchandise based on store orders and preparing items for shipment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and value accuracy and efficiency, this is a great opportunity for you!ResponsibilitiesPick merchandise according to store orders, ensuring accuracy in item location, description, and quantity.Place items on pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques.Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap for transport.Maintain a clean and organized work area by following all safety guidelines.Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris.Participate in training for additional warehouse duties.QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.0–2 years of warehouse or picking experience preferred.EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required.BenefitsCompetitive pay.Health, dental, and vision insurance options.Holiday differential.Employee discount program.Opportunities for growth and advancement.Anticipated Weekly Hours: 40Time Type: Full timePay Range: $16.00 - $28.84This full?time position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package designed to support the physical, emotional, and financial well?being of colleagues and their families.
