About Centari

At Centari, we believe that in high-stakes dealmaking, the competitive edge lies within unlocking its private deal data. Centari is building the deal intelligence platform for the future of law and finance, moving beyond simple automation and into a world of data-driven dealmaking. Our proprietary Deal Reasoning Engine transforms a firm’s goldmine of complex documents into strategic insights, empowering global deal teams to negotiate with the full force of their organization’s collective knowledge.

Our team brings together attorneys, financial experts, and engineers across a hybrid, cross-cultural organization. We're backed by top-tier enterprise AI investors including GTMfund, former DoorDash board member Jeremy Kranz, Seamless co-founder Andy Appelbaum, Jack Altman, South Park Commons, and Recall Capital.

We are drawn to complexity because that is where true innovation happens. If you’re a builder who thrives in ambiguity and operates with radical ownership, we’d love to meet you.
