Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality? Join our team as a Sales Administrator and play an essential role in supporting our hotel’s sales efforts, client relationships, meetings, and special events.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys working with people, managing important details, and helping a busy sales team succeed.

• Provide daily administrative support to the hotel’s sales team.
• Prepare proposals, contracts, correspondence, presentations, and sales reports.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
• Coordinate client appointments, sales meetings, property tours, and site visits.
• Maintain accurate client, account, and sales activity records.
• Enter and update information in the hotel’s customer relationship management system.
• Assist with event documentation, room blocks, special requests, and internal communications.
• Track proposals, contracts, deadlines, and follow-up activities.
• Help organize sales events, promotions, client functions, and community outreach.
• Coordinate with front office, food and beverage, banquets, reservations, and other departments.
• Compile sales data and assist with tracking performance, leads, and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain organized electronic and paper files.
• Provide professional service throughout the entire client experience.

• Previous experience in administrative support, sales coordination, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general office technology.
• Experience with CRM, hotel sales, or property-management software is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and following up.
