The opportunity is all yours and what you want to make of it!As a Sasonal Grounds Specialist , you would be responsible for:Supporting crew members by controlling lowering ropes, providing appropriate tools, and following safety protocolsOperating and maintaining equipment including but not limited to chainsaws, chippers, rakes, and blowersUtilizing cones and signs to properly set up work zonesRemoving limbs and debris from work area to designated disposal areaMaintaining a high level of quality workUtilizing safety PPERequirements:Must be a team player with a positive attitude!Must have a valid driver’s licenseMust be at least 18 years oldAbility to follow directions and work independentlyAbility to complete labor-intensive outdoor work with exposure to a variety of weather conditionsAbility to navigate uneven terrain, stand, walk, bend, crouch, reach, and lift in excess of 50lbs on a regular basisBenefitsShort Term DisabilityLong Term Disability (100% Company Paid)$25k AD&D Insurance (100% Company Paid)Employee Assistance Program (100% Company Paid)Professional certification and registration renewalsProfessional development trainingOur core purpose is to love people and pursue excellence in the tree care industry.
