Job Responsibilities Maintain a visible security presence throughout the convention venue Provide access control and credential verification as assigned Monitor entrances, exits, restricted areas, and assigned posts Assist guests, vendors, staff, and event personnel with directions and general information Monitor crowd activity and report safety or security concerns Enforce event policies and venue procedures Communicate effectively with supervisors, event staff, and fellow officers Complete incident reports and daily activity reports as required Respond appropriately to incidents, emergencies, or requests for assistance Qualifications Valid California Guard Card (Required) Previous security, convention, customer service, or special event experience preferred Professional appearance and demeanor Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to work in a fast-paced event environment Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Preferred Experience Special Events Security Convention Security Access Control Operations Crowd Management Customer Service Entertainment or Venue Security What We're Looking For We are looking for officers who are professional, reliable, and team-oriented.
