We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on precision and efficiency. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining machines used in the production process. What's in it for you: 1st shift (6am-4:30pm) Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday $15/hr and potential for weekly production bonus of $100-$150 per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various machines used in the manufacturing process (e.g., CNC routers, saws, presses).
- Inspect machines and tools to ensure they are in good working condition and perform routine maintenance.
- Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to maintain production quality and efficiency.
- Perform quality control checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards and customer requirements.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of machine operation and basic troubleshooting techniques. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic math skills and the ability to read measurement tools. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in manufacturing settings. Ability to read a tape measure to the 16th of an inch.
