About the Position

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Acute Care/Med-Surg Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med-surg Adult, Telemetry Med/Surg, Observation Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shift, including weekend rotation Hours per Shift: 36 hours guaranteed Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Acute Care/Med-Surg/Telemetry or similar nursing experience License: Current RN License to work in Colorado Certifications: Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association, Current ACLS Must-Have: Must agree to be in the call rotation and take 1 call shift per 2-week period Description: The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients. The nurse will utilize specialized knowledge and expertise related to critical disease states. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating patient care. The role involves using the nursing process effectively in a fast-paced environment. The census is growing due to an increase in surgeries and acute/chronic illnesses.
