Sterile Processing TechThe Sterile Processing Tech is responsible for the sterilization, decontamination, assembly, and wrapping of surgical instruments and equipment. This position requires experience in various procedures such as Neuro, GU, robotics, ENT, ortho, transplant, and GYN. The candidate must have a strong understanding of aseptic techniques and sterilization wrapping procedures. Travelers may be required to float or be permanently assigned to different campuses as needed. All requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application and will not be accepted after the contract is signed. Candidates should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees may be assigned to emergency response teams. Compliance requirements must be completed within specified timeframes prior to the start date. Candidates must provide proof of certification or documentation related to the licensure process, if applicable.
