Total Rewards Manager

Global People TeamThe opportunity:We are looking for a Total Rewards Manager to support and evolve our compensation, benefits, programs. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, People teams, and key stakeholders to deliver programs that attract, retain, and motivate our people.Using your expertise, business acumen, and analytical mindset, you will help shape reward strategies, guide key decisions, and ensure our programs remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals.Who you’ll work with:· People Business Partners· Compensation team members· Benefits team members· Payroll and People Operations teams· Finance and Legal teams· Business leaders across the organizationWhat you’ll do:· Lead the delivery and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits programs.· Analyze market data, workforce trends, and internal insights to support business decisions.· Manage annual compensation and rewards processes, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.· Ensure programs are administered consistently and in alignment with governance and compliance requirements.· Lead projects and initiatives that improve the effectiveness, scalability, and team member experience of Total Rewards programs.· Build strong relationships across the business and help leaders make informed reward decisions.· Develop tools, resources, and best practices that improve program delivery and team capability.What you’ll bring:· Experience managing compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards programs.· Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.· Experience partnering with business leaders and cross functional stakeholders.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Strong project management and change management capabilities.· Ability to balance business needs, team member experience, affordability, and governance considerations.· A collaborative mindset with a passion for building effective and scalable programs.About UsSlalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
