Senior NY Workers' Compensation Counsel

PMA Companies is seeking an experienced attorney to join our in-house counsel legal department in Syracuse, NY. In this role, you will be responsible for managing litigation related to insurance company and third-party administrator claims for NY Workers Compensation. You will prepare legal documents, negotiate settlements, and conduct depositions.
