Medical Receptionist The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments. You will report onsite to the Clinic Administrator at the CenterWell Care Center located at 1454 Central Blvd Brownsville, TX 78520 Use Your Skills to Make an Impact Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED 1 year or more of experience working in a Healthcare setting preferred, but will consider candidates with a strong Customer Service background in Retail, Hospitality, Call Centers, etc. Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access) Preferred Qualifications: Value-based care model experience Knowledge of Medical Terminology Experience with EMR Systems (Electronic Medical Records) Bilingual in English and Spanish Additional Information: This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program.
