How you’ll contribute Performs continual surveillance of multiple monitors. Identifies significant arrhythmias and/or signs of patient distress and intervenes appropriately. Identifies and corrects for artifacts. Reports abnormal assessment and telemetry findings or changes in patient physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff. What we’re looking for Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required; Associate’s degree Preferred Licenses: EMT, EMT-P, CNA, SRNA, or CMA Preferred or completion of first semester clinical rotation in an accredited Nursing Degree Program (ADN or BSN). Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) Required; Completion of Cardiac Telemetry Certification within 1 year of hire; Evidence of successful completion of Telemetry/Dysrhythmia course Two years of telemetry experience and HUC Lourdes Medical Center is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
