Clinicians work in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence and ongoing professional growth.\nRole Description This is a contract, on-site Speech Language Pathologist role located in Ambler, PA. The Speech Language Pathologist will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy for children with motor speech disorders, speech-sound disorders, and related communication needs. Daily responsibilities include documenting sessions, monitoring progress, collaborating with caregivers, and coordinating with other professionals as needed. The role involves selecting and implementing appropriate therapeutic techniques and materials, maintaining accurate records, and participating in periodic team meetings and professional development activities.\nQualifications\n\n Candidates should possess strong skills in Speech Therapy and Speech interventions for pediatric populations.\n Candidates should possess skills in assessing and treating Communication Disorders and Language Disorders.\n Candidates should possess skills in evaluating and managing Dysphagia, when relevant to the caseload.\n Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.\n Current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.\n Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA or pursuing clinical fellowship under appropriate supervision.\n Experience or strong interest in motor speech disorders (including CAS) and pediatric speech-sound disorders.\n Effective interpersonal, documentation, and time-management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with families and colleagues.\n
