Cook's Helper – Full‑time, Corvallis Campus, Corvallis, OR Salary: $18.50 per hour (plus experience) Responsibilities Provide preparation, service, and cleaning of salad bar items as needed; assist cooks. Prepare and serve meals to clients and on‑duty staff. Schedule Sunday & Monday 10:30 am to 7:00 pm; Tuesday through Thursday 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. Varied days/shifts – on‑call position. Qualifications Degree not required. Current Food Handler’s Card required. At least 1 year experience preparing and cooking large quantities of food for groups of 50 or more (preferred). Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service. Desired but not required: experience in hospital or facility cooking (batch cooking).
