Role Description The Polisher role is a full-time hybrid position based in Mesa, AZ, with some work-from-home tasks as appropriate (such as documentation or training modules). In this role, the Polisher is responsible for polishing and finishing stone or solid-surface countertops and related products to meet quality and aesthetic standards. Day-to-day tasks include grinding edges and surfaces, using hand tools and polishing equipment, inspecting finished pieces for quality control, and ensuring work areas are clean and organized. The Polisher collaborates with fabricators and installers to meet project deadlines and may assist with training newer team members on proper polishing techniques and safety practices. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines and consistent communication with supervisors and team members.\n

• Candidates should possess skills in Polishing and Grinding for stone, quartz, or solid-surface materials.

• Candidates should possess skills in using Hand Tools and related polishing equipment safely and accurately.
\n
• Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control, including inspecting surfaces and finishes to meet company standards.
\n
• Candidates should possess skills in Training or willingness to assist in guiding less experienced team members.
\n
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials safely, and follow all safety procedures.
\n
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Previous experience in stone fabrication, construction, or a related trade is beneficial but not required.
\n
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; willingness to complete on-the-job training and safety certifications.
