In return, we expect quality repairs, accurate documentation, accountability, and a commitment to taking care of the customer.Our culture is built around a simple idea we call “Row the Boat” — technicians, advisors, parts, and management working toward the same goal instead of working against each other.If you're an experienced technician looking for your next shop, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll DoDiagnose mechanical, electrical, drivability, and vehicle system concernsPerform maintenance and mechanical repairs according to OEM proceduresComplete digital multi-point inspections with photos and videoAccurately document diagnostic findings, test results, repairs performed, and parts usedComplete repairs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanshipCommunicate with service advisors, Parts, the shop foreman, and management when additional information or support is neededUse modern diagnostic equipment, scan tools, service information, and digital inspection systemsPerform quality-control checks to help prevent comebacks and ensure repairs are completed correctly the first timeStay current with changing vehicle technology, OEM repair procedures, recalls, service information, and trainingMaintain a clean, organized, and professional work areaWhat We're Looking For2+ years of professional automotive repair experience preferredASE certifications strongly preferredStrong mechanical, electrical, and diagnostic skillsAbility to work efficiently in a flat-rate environmentAbility to accurately document diagnosis and repair proceduresComfortable using scan tools, diagnostic equipment, service information, and digital inspection technologyValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordStrong communication and teamwork skillsCommitment to quality workmanship and fixing vehicles correctlyWillingness to continue OEM and technical trainingNissan or Mitsubishi experience is a plus, but it is not required.Technicians coming from other manufacturers, dealerships, or independent repair facilities are encouraged to apply.
