Roles & Responsibilities:
REMOTE
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact with the State agency contract manager .
- Act as the contract liaison for the State agency leadership team .
- Ensure ongoing fulfillment of all contractor requirements throughout the life of the contract.
- Provide oversight and guidance to the contractor's working team.
- Conduct annual evaluations/check-ins with key State agency stakeholders.
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in:
- Large-scale systems implementation
- Account maintenance and management
- Must have at least 2 years of experience acting as a liaison between contractor and clients for large-scale systems.
- Must demonstrate experience as an Account Manager supporting client needs throughout the lifecycle of the client relationship.
- Experience in cannabis, marijuana, and/or FDA-regulated industries .
- Experience in State government contracting .
- Experience in IT-specific account management .
