Quality Control Packing Associate

Job Description

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Summer Hours (through September): 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM
Regular Hours (beginning in September): 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Control Packing Associate to join our manufacturing team. This position plays an important role in ensuring finished products meet quality standards before they are packaged and shipped. The ideal candidate has a strong attention to detail, can accurately read a tape measure, and takes pride in producing quality work.

Responsibilities

Inspect extruded parts for defects, blemishes, and other imperfections.
Measure finished products accurately using a tape measure.
Package finished products according to company specifications.
Verify products meet quality standards before packaging.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and work instructions.
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to identify visual defects and imperfections.
Manufacturing or production experience is preferred but not required.
Able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
