*Job Responsibilities:*

* Lead daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, and performance goals are achieved.
* Coach, train, and develop production employees to build a high-performing team.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
* Ensure production schedules are met through effective use of labor, equipment, and resources.
* Partner with Maintenance, Quality, and other departments to resolve issues and improve plant performance.
* Maintain compliance with food safety and regulatory standards including FDA, SQF, GMP, and HACCP.
* Ensure employees follow SOPs, safety procedures, and company policies.
* Support employee relations, performance management, and team engagement initiatives.
* Manage shift staffing and communication between departments.
* Promote a positive culture focused on safety, teamwork, accountability, and employee development.

*Required Skills/Qualifications: *

* 3+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Manufacturing experience required
* Experience leading and developing production teams.
* Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, and safety requirements.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and manufacturing systems preferred.
* Must be able to work night shift 9PM-5AM

Pay: $74,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
